Information Collected.

We collect personal information from you through the use of enquiry forms and every time you place an order.

The only information that we see is your name, address, phone number and email address.

Cookies.

We do use 'cookies' on our website which help keep track of items you have put in your basket to make your shopping experience easier. You can disable cookies in your browser at any time and you can also delete any saved cookies on your hard drive by deleting all 'temporary internet files' via your control panel in your browser.

Secure Payments.

The Merchants we use are Sagepay - the largest independent payment service provider (PSP) in the UK and Ireland. - who automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to their website using Secure Sockets Layer Protocol (SSL). 

Sage Pay uses a range of secure methods such as fraud screening, I.P address blocking and 3D secure. Once on the Sage Pay systems, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards.

Note the yellow padlock will be present when you input your card details on Sagepay.

We also have a Thawte SSL certificate installed on our website to  protect any personal information that is entered prior to the payment pages - again look out for the yellow padlock at the bottom right of your screen.

We do not see or store any of your card details as this is dealt with by Sagepay.

So when buying through our site, you can be sure that you are completely protected.
